General Health Advice

What is health? The state of being hale, sound, or whole, in body, mind, or soul; especially, the state of being free from physical disease or pain is being healthy
In medical terms we define health as, ‘the absence of disease.’ We struggle to raise our viewpoint towards a more positive concept of what health in reality is. This leads to the meaninglessness of consultations in which the doctor says, ‘I cannot find anything wrong with you’ and the patient replies, ‘I can't feel anything right with me!’

Physical fitness is good bodily health, and is the result of regular exercise, proper diet and nutrition, and proper relax for physical recovery.

Mental health refers to a human individual's emotional and mental well-being. Mental health is defines as "A state of emotional and psychological well-being in which an individual is able to use his or her cognitive and emotional capability, function in society, and meet the ordinary demands of everyday life."
One way to think about mental health is by looking at how well and profitably a person functions. Feeling capable and fit; being able to handle normal levels of pressure, maintain satisfying relationships, and lead an independent life; and being able to "bounce back," or get well from complicated situations, are all signs of mental health.

Around your emotional, social, and most significantly your mental well-being; all these aspects have to function simultaneously to accomplish in general health.

Public Health -
Public health is "the science and art of preventing disease, prolonging life and promoting health throughout the planned efforts and informed choices of society, organizations, public and private, communities and individuals." It is concerned with threats to the overall health of a community based on population health analysis. The population in question can be as small as a handful of people or as large as all the inhabitants of several continents (for example, in the case of a plague). Public health has many sub-fields, but is usually separated into the categories of epidemiology, biostatistics and health services. Environmental, social and behavioral health, and occupational health, is in addition significant fields in public health.

The focus of public health intervention is to prevent rather than treat a disease through observation of cases and the promotion of healthy behaviors. In addition to these activities, in a lot of cases treating a disease can be essential to preventing it in others, such as during an outbreak of an infectious disease. Vaccination programs and distribution of condoms are examples of public health measures.

Truthful friendship is similar to sound health; the value of it is hardly ever known until it is lost. So always take care of your health.
