Diabetics should keep off sweets and sugar content food

Diabetics should not eat fruits
This is a wrong information spread all over regarding diabetes. Eating fruits is one of the natural methods necessary for curing diabetes. It is necessary for a diabetes patient to have fruits. There are some fruits that are not recommended for the diabetics. Generally fruits with excess glucose contents may be avoided but not totally.

Diabetics should never exercise
You are totally wrong. Exercise is the first need of a diabetes patient. Even doctors suggest different and regular exercises for the diabetes patients. If there is no exercise for a diabetes patient, the blood cells will soon become lazy and at one stage may result in poor functioning. Selection is wise but neglecting totally is not good for you in any angle of thought. You should consult your doctor and select some proper exercises for your body.
