6 Homemade Tips to Control Your Diabetes

One thing you should keep in mind is that there is no definite cure for diabetes mellitus. But there are few tips using which you can control the level of diabetes in your body. For this, it is important to control the sugar level in the body. You should regularly check the sugar level present in your body to keep your diabetes under control.
There are some home made remedies available to control diabetes but while using them you have to find out whether they are good for your body. Although they have no side effects, they may not be suitable for the physical condition of few people. However, diabetes mellitus is somewhat tricky to handle. Sometimes it may happen that it will show you increased sugar level while some other time it can also show you minimum amount of sugar level. Natural remedies deal with lowering the level of sugar in order to control the level of diabetes. Following are some of these home made remedies.

1. One of the most common remedy is- soak the dark almost black raisins in water overnight. Then, drink this water the next day. Use this method daily during having your breakfast and you will see a noticeable change in your blood sugar level.

2. Have a bitter melon such as bitter guard cooked in some amount of ghee. This will help stabilize your blood level without turning to insulin which is a convenient way to control diabetes on your own.

3. Take some amount of mango juice and add to it same amount of juice of an Indian plum. Mix them appropriately. Before mixing make sure that both the juices are taken in the right and same amount. Drink this mixture twice a day throughout a month. This will definitely regulate your sugar level.

4. If you have an access to Indian gooseberry, you can use it. Soak it in water for sometime. After it add some lemon juice to it. This refreshing drink will remove all the excess amount of sugar in your blood stream.

5. Take fresh and mature ten curry leaves. Wash them. You can eat them raw and do this at least for three months to help you to control the sugar level.

6. Take some green peel bananas. Extract them out of the peel and cube them. Then dry them in the sun to get all the moisture out of them so they can be ground up to powder. Use this powder, one teaspoonful, with a glass of milk to drink daily. This will help to regulate your blood sugar level.   

All the above mentioned homemade methods do not have any kind of side-effect. Find the one that is best suited for your body and start with it to regulate your blood sugar level and start controlling diabetes rather than diabetes controlling you.
